A pharmacist created the recipe in the 1970's. Later, the recipe was given to a women’s organization called
the Relief Society. The cream was then dubbed "Relief Society Healing
Hand Cream".
For over 25 years, Lucy Tueller has made the hand cream for family members and farmhands that work on the Tueller Ranch. It is especially helpful to those milking the cows at the dairy that is home of Lonte Holsteins registered Holsteins. Regular use of the hand cream kept farmer’s hands from cracking and splitting as a result of the daily tasks of farming. Recently, Lucy has modified the original recipe using milder ingredients, making the hand cream more gentle. Current customers include carpenters, mechanics, gardeners, and others who experience chronic dry hands. Customers report relief from symptoms associated with psoriasis, eczema, discoloration, and dry, cracked hands, feet and elbows. For more information, see our customer testimonials. |
